Terms & Conditions


All orders must be paid in full prior to despatch.




Delivery will be by the courier of our choosing.

All our courier delivery services require a signature to be obtained and will not leave a parcel without one, we will NOT deviate from this. Please let us know if our couriers do.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them. You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged.

If we are unable to dispatch you order within two working days we may cancel your order and issue a refund accordingly.

We aim to despatch all items within two working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three to five working days following your order. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas may be slightly longer.

If we are unable to despatch your order within two-three working days, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided).

You are required to apply the correct delivery charge upon checkout . A single charge is applied regardless of how many items you order provided your payment is received in one transaction eg, track plus accessories requires the correct track delivery charge to be paid.

If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected despatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.



We do  ship Silent Gliss tracks internationally ,you will be required to contact us with your details for couriers shipping  charges to the country of your choice  .

Because of the distances involved VW Curtains Ltd will not be held responsible in any way for damage occuring whilst in transit .

All international deliveries of accessories are made by airmail.


PLEASE NOTE -  There are no parcel collections or deliveries on Bank holidays




We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item become out of stock unexpectedly, there may occasionally be delays when ordering.  Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.



All incomplete or damaged orders must notify vwcurtains ltd by email within 7 days of delivery.

Any unwanted item can be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packing charges).

The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand.

If an item is faulty please contact us and we will ask you to either post the item back to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item.

Upon receipt, the item will be tested and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded (in full including return postage costs originally borne by you).

If found not to be faulty you will be issued a refund less all postage costs.
